CGS 2008 Review Part 1
Now this is what the School Experience Survey should have been like - not restricted to multiple choice questions. This is my evaluation of the school for 2008 and you can do your own too, this is just my opinion. Everything in here is just "as far as I know". Want to add anything? Do it in your blog and let me know!
Facilities
Canteen & Food Stalls
Good
• Usually no birds or critters invading the canteen
• No cockroaches or other disgusting bugs (as far as I know)
• Generally no bad service, a few exceptions though
• Sufficient bins, rarely overflow
• Vending machines rarely run out of stock
Bad
• Canteen is usually awfully crowded and occasionally seating is a problem
• Drink can recycling bin overflows all the time
• Sometimes stalls' bins can't be found
• Why don't we have a snack machine? After CCA most stalls are already closed
Score: 1
Special rooms i.e. Computer labs, Arts Conservatory
Good
• Air conditioning & clean
Bad
• • The only time we actually use these facilities is when teachers just refuse to climb to the 4th floor but expect us to climb dumb staircases everyday multiple times (yes, this counts as 2 points)
• Some rooms don't have tables, so when we have to write stuff our backs are severely sore
• Hassle to sign up for the virtual jamming instruments in the Arts Conservatory
