COURT CASE IN PROGRESS.

Because of the "spammer" = m&m (Party A, Defense) = dared to do by Hwee Peng (Party B), a lawsuit has started against Party A, who allegedly posted mass-spammed comments on two class' students' tagboards\shoutboxes.

Party A is guilty of causing emotional harm, defamation, and cyber bullying of minors. The accused has pleaded innocence and claims to have been instigated by Party B. Party B is unwilling to testify in court.

After checking IP addresses in our cboxes (started by jOAN - smart huh :B), we decided to interrogate and pressurize Party A. Finally, she admitted that she had been dared by Party B to post the comments.

Okay I know you all will be al okaaay, uh... what's she talking about @_@
Go wiki up all the court stuff. This case has provided me a wealth of info about how courts go about arresting people and fining them etc. etc. and what the court consists of, as well as jurisdictions. If you don't know any of this now, go learn something :B

Okay so the trial started yesterday, but we had run out of time and I had my piano exam (which went badly. I stumbled. BLEH. But aural was surprisingly easy.)

We're doing the trial during recess tomorrow, so if you wanna watch, feel free.
I've prepared a ppt. with evidence, haha it was super fun to do. Interrogations and aruements are gonna be present, SUPER FUNNY, SUPER FUN - wanna see it, stay back and starve with the rest of the court (:
